WHAT THE CODE OF CONDUCT REQUIRES
- As your registered migration agent, Ferguson will:
- Be honest with you about your chances of securing a visa
- Keep you informed about the progress of your application and any changes that may affect it
- Be contactable during business hours
- Act within the law, in your best interests, and protect your privacy
- Declare any conflict of interest before acting for you
- Provide a written statement of services and fees before starting work
- Charge a reasonable fee and hold any prepayments in a separate trust account
- Provide an invoice listing all services completed and amounts payable
- Provide timely, correct advice and notify you of your visa result promptly

COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint about a registered migration agent, contact OMARA. Making a complaint does not affect your visa application.
