What is a bridging visa?

A bridging visa allows you to remain in Australia while waiting for a visa application to be processed, or while making arrangements to depart Australia.

Why migrate to Australia?

Climate, geography, shortage of skilled labour, quality migration program, excellent education system, public healthcare, career options, security, and lifestyle.

Is there an age limit to migrate to Australia?

CITIZENSHIP

CITIZENSHIP

What is Australian citizenship?

Australian citizenship is a formal commitment to Australia — you gain the right to vote, hold an Australian passport, access Medicare, and sponsor family members. You must be a permanent resident, satisfy residence requirements, and be of good character.

How long does Australian citizenship take?

The Department of Home Affairs aims to process applications in 80 days. Delays occur due to missing documents, slow responses, or waiting for a citizenship ceremony.

Will I lose my existing citizenship if I become Australian?

Australia allows dual citizenship. Whether you lose your home country citizenship depends on your home country's laws. Fiji, PNG, and Philippines each have their own rules — check before applying.
